ve paid for also?
The world has come this far because someone’s trash is someone else’s gold. By re-using the same products we are keeping people somewhat relevant and probably fighting a “HORDING DISORDER” since most likely everyone would want to keep their products than exchange them back to retail for penies.
The world (not just America) needs freedom, not another restriction on what people can and can not do. Our economy is collapsing because of all the rules people create. For every rule in place there is another hole to take advantage from it. However in a scenario like this… very wealthy companies would be further benefiting since they would be exploiting the hole themselves (buy back for cheap, re-sell for high value again.)
It’s a sad concept to even consider, never mind approve.
What’s next? We’ll limit just how much oxygen a person can breath or we’ll charge them for the excess?
I’d like to have a restrictive law in place alright, a law that restricts restrictions!
President Obama: It’s astounding that your administration is siding with copyright trolls, and would help them ban Americans from re-selling much of what we own. Please reverse your interpretation of the First Sale Doctrine and withdraw your brief in the Kirtsaeng case — about to be before the Supreme Court — right away.
